Wehmhoff will work in an optimistic and productive way to help bring solutions.
Wehmhoff has been working and studying in communication fields for four decades and says, “It has given me insight and optimism to see that when people work together, listen and share different perspectives, great ideas and solutions are possible.”
She came to Alaska in 1965 with her parents, graduating from Dimond High School in Anchorage. Her bachelor’s degree from the University of Denver is in speech communications. She received her master’s in negotiation and dispute resolution from Creighton University School of Law. “Brightspot Communications is my way of sharing my love of finding solutions and nudging the best in people. I've enjoyed teaching, training and coaching adults, children and organizations in Alaska,” Wehmhoff writes on her website.
