You were here before the light.
You, who prowl and tend the night.
With wits and fang you rule the land.
Your fur and skin warm head and hand.
Brother to Raven, Fox and Bear.
We too, your Brotherhood, do share.
Ancestral wisdom helps you survive,
Whose ancient craft aid us to thrive.
Your skillful, cunning ways we've learned.
Our mystic songs of praise you've earned.
We honor you, your spirit wild,
We, who are as like your child.
Your sacred shape adorns our walls,
Your hallowed cry rings through our halls.
We choose, receive and employ your ways,
And revere you Brother, for all our days.
