Wasilla – Welcome the holiday season at our 31st Annual Wasilla Community Christmas Celebration, Saturday December 1, 2018 from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm. The City of Wasilla and the Wasilla Museum & Visitor Center invite you to join us at 391 N. Main Street to kick-off the festivities.
Enjoy music from Classic Country 100.9 and decorate the city Christmas tree!
Come and enjoy the sights and sounds of a small town in our Mistletoe Valley Christmas display. Take a ride on the wagon around the town site and warm up with cocoa and cookies from Aardvark Catering.
In the main Museum don’t forget to go to the downstairs gallery for stocking and ornament decorating.
Conclude the day’s festivities with Mayor Bert Cottle as we ring in the Christmas season with the annual tree lighting ceremony.
This event is free and open to the public.
Don’t be left out in the cold this holiday season, celebrate with us!
