We are excited to be planning our 10th Annual Dinner Auction “Circus Soiree,” to be held April 22, 2017 at the Curtis Menard Sports Center in Wasilla. Over the years, our school has been blessed with generous community support for this event, which is our primary fundraiser. This event has been sold out the last four years with over 350 attendees. Last year, we raised $90,000 and with your help, we hope to go over that amount this year.

This past summer, we received three portable buildings, each 950 square feet, from the Anchorage School District. This increased teaching space allowed us to re-open enrollment and provide an education that combines Catholic faith and teachings with academic excellence. Currently, we have seventy students attending preschool through eighth grade.

Proceeds from the auction augment the school’s general operating budget, our financial aid program, which last year alone awarded over $40,000 in aid and scholarships to those families in need.

There are several opportunities for you, your family, business or organization to support our 10th Annual Dinner Auction. Reserved Tables are available at different levels. Individuals and companies can also donate items and/or purchase advertising space in our event program.

Finally, a cash contribution can be made to underwrite a portion of the event. Donors receive special recognition in our event program and are included in our slide show at the event, as well as on our webpage and Facebook page. All donations are tax deductible and should be received by April 8th.

We sincerely thank you for your generosity and commitment to Catholic education partnered with our staff and families preparing students to become productive citizens and future Catholic leaders. The students send a resounding, “Thank You,” and, “May the good Lord bless and keep you safe until we meet again.”
