With a record increase in overdose deaths and the highest overdose rate in the nation, Alaskans are burying their children DAILY. Many are not drug users or addicts-they make a risky choice at a graduation party or a get together with friends and lose their lives.
Fentanyl requires hard conversations with kids about not taking anything, drinking, or smoking anything that could possibly be tainted. This drug is so deadly that one small grain of fentanyl can kill. Protect your family, talk about it, and make sure your kids know the facts. Alaskan children and youth do not need to die.
