ALL ALASKANS - The Anchorage Assembly is working on a resolution for protesting the Alaska Supreme Court's unconstitutional suspension of Grand Jury powers to investigate, recommend, or indict judges and other public officials.

As discussed, you will get the evidence and info to the Anchorage Assembly (City Hall, 632 West 6th Ave.) prior to their February 7, 5 PM meeting, so folks can start discussing it with Assembly members at that time during the open-topic part.

You will plan on making another presentation during their February 21, 5 PM meeting, where we will try to get as many folks to attend/speak as possible.

Anyone wanting to help with this Anchorage Assembly resolution can contact Todd at (720) 462-0858. He will also try to make a presentation to the Valdez City Council during their February 21, 7 PM meeting, if folks can help with that

Anyone wanting to do the same to their Borough Assembly, City Council, Community Board, etc, please contact me (David Haeg) at (907) 398-6403 cell/text.

On January 31, 7 PM, I am scheduled to speak in-person at the Mat-Su District 30 Republican meeting at (Big Lake Rec Center/Lions Club, 2942 S. Lions Circle, Big Lake AK 99652).

On February 7, 6 PM I will ask the Mat-Su Borough Assembly (350 East Dahlia Ave, Palmer) for a resolution protesting the Supreme Court's action. I may do this via Zoom or phone so I can also attend the Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly's meeting the same night.

On February 17, noon I believe I speak to the Fairbanks Republican Women's luncheon and on February 18 to the Fairbanks Interior Patriots meeting.

On February 21, 6 PM I will make a formal "prior notice" presentation to the Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly, asking for a resolution protesting the Alaska Supreme Court's unconstitutional suspension of Grand Jury powers.

Everyone possible please try to make these events. Bring your friends, family, and neighbors.

The evidence indicates Alaska's Grand Juries have been stopped from conducting independent, citizen oversight of government agencies and officials for over 30 years.

This could be the root cause of nearly every problem Alaska now faces: why PFD law is not followed; why our Capital was never moved after a majority vote of the people (twice!); why everyone is furious with the Office of Children's Services; why elections appear to be rigged; why judges do what they want and get away with felony violations; etc, etc.
